I started as hanks of seed beads from the Czech Republic like these, along with some wire and a few other bits and pieces to create my shape. I was very carefully created by my maker and then taken to the market to sell. The money my maker recieved will go to pay back a microloan for beading supplies as well as food, clothing and shelter for her family. |
